and 5:00-8:00 at 2nd Avenue between 10th and 11th Street

About the Event:

The 2009 Harvest and Wine Festival in downtown Sioux Falls was focused "on sustainability and our South Dakota Heritage." There were booths about local history, food, and demonstrations such as stone cutting and straw bale construction as well as the Zoo Mobile, a working beehive, a pet show, horse and wagon rides, and a farmer's market in Fawick Park from 10-4.  From 5-8 there was wine and beer sampling and live music on 2nd avenue between 10th and 11th street.
